Historic District Stairway

These steps were located in the historic district of town and were having structural deficiencies causing water to leak in the basement. We demolished the old stairs, formed up the new step design with the addition of curbs to direct water flow away from the house. The landing steps and curbs were all poured at once, adding to the strength and integrity of the new stairwell.
